How to do the Reverse lunges

  1. Starting position: Stand straight, feet hip-width apart.
  2. Steps: Step backward with one leg so it can bend comfortably to a 90 degree angle.
  3. Slowly bend both knees to form 90 degree angles.
  4. Return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat, alternating legs.
