How to do the Reverse lunges
- Starting position: Stand straight, feet hip-width apart.
- Steps: Step backward with one leg so it can bend comfortably to a 90 degree angle.
- Slowly bend both knees to form 90 degree angles.
- Return to the starting position.
- Repeat, alternating legs.
