Community content — posts, comments and likes you choose to share in the app.
Support & contact — information you provide when you email us or request help.

Information collected automatically

Device & usage data — app version, device type, operating system, and how you use features, used to keep the Service reliable and improve it.
Diagnostics — crash and performance logs.

2. How we use your information

To create and manage your account and deliver the Service.
To personalize your workout and nutrition plans and track your progress.
To generate responses from the AI coach based on your questions and relevant profile data.
To process subscriptions and provide customer support.
To maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI features

When you use the AI coach, your messages (and limited context such as your goals) may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate a response to you. We do not use this content to identify you publicly. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete — see our Terms of Service and the health disclaimer below.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

with service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, AI processing and payment processors) who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards;
to comply with law or protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service;
in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition; and
with your consent, including content you choose to post publicly in the community.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, after which we delete or de-identify your personal data except where we must retain it for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Access & update your profile information in the app settings.
Delete your account and associated personal data from the app's account settings.
Manage notifications and subscriptions in your device and app settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
