These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FitBot Coach app and the website at fitbot.coach (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial fitness purposes, subject to these Terms.
FitBot Coach is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The workouts, exercises, recipes, nutritional information and AI coach responses are for general informational and educational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for exercising safely within your own limits.
The AI coach generates responses automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not rely on it for medical, legal or other professional advice. Always apply your own judgement and seek professional guidance where appropriate.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles and what is included are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those stores and are subject to their terms; manage or cancel them in your store account. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of content you post in the community, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, misleading or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by FitBot Coach or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitBot Coach will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FitBot Coach operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. (Insert your specific governing jurisdiction before publishing.)
