How to do the Pistol Squat
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointed forward, and chest tall.
- Extend your leg straight out; extend both arms in front of you, at shoulder level.
- Brace your core and look straight ahead.
- Slowly squat down. (optional) pause at the bottom.
- Keep your (free) leg and arms extended for the whole duration.
