How to do the Neutral-grip chest pulldown

  1. The lat pulldown is an important exercise for strengthening the back and improving posture, which can contribute to a healthier life.
  2. To perform this exercise correctly and avoid injury, it is important to follow a few key steps: Position yourself in front of the cable machine with your knees slightly bent and your feet on the floor.
  3. Grip the cable handle with your palms facing each other and your hands shoulder-width apart.
  4. Pull the handle down until it touches or comes close to your chest, holding the position for one or two seconds.
  5. Slowly raise the handle back to the starting position, making sure to keep your arms and hands straight and your back straight throughout the movement.
