Head turns

The Head turns is a beginner none (bodyweight) exercise that works the Shoulders. Follow the steps below.

How to do the Head turns
- Starting position: Sit or stand with your back straight and shoulders down.
- Steps: Sit or stand up straight, shoulders dropped.
- Turn your head to the side as far as possible.
- Stop when you hit a barrier and hold for 5 seconds.
- Return to center position and repeat, changing sides.
