How to do the Weighted push-ups
- Setup: Begin in a standard plank position with a weight plate balanced securely on your upper back.
- Alignment: Maintain a straight line from your head to your heels, engaging your core to prevent your back from sagging.
- Execution: Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor, keeping your elbows at a forty-five degrees.
- Ascent: Press through your palms to return to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
