How to do the Ab wheel

  1. Starting Position: Kneel on the floor with the ab wheel in front of you.
  2. Grip the Wheel: Hold the handles firmly.
  3. Roll Out: Slowly roll the wheel forward, extending your body while keeping your core tight.
  4. Return: Pull the wheel back towards your knees, maintaining tension in your core.
