How to do the Ab wheel
- Starting Position: Kneel on the floor with the ab wheel in front of you.
- Grip the Wheel: Hold the handles firmly.
- Roll Out: Slowly roll the wheel forward, extending your body while keeping your core tight.
- Return: Pull the wheel back towards your knees, maintaining tension in your core.
