This page explains how to delete your FitBot Coach account (app: "FitBot: AI Workout & Meal Plan", package coach.fitbot.app) and the data linked to it. FitBot Coach is developed by TECHTENSTEIN INC, the developer shown on Google Play.
1. Delete your account in the app
Open FitBot Coach and sign in.
Go to your Profile and tap Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
You are signed out and your account is deleted.
2. Or ask us by email
If you cannot use the app, email support@fitbot.coach from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with a phone number, include that number. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We confirm by email when deletion is complete.
3. Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions) or in the Galaxy Store (Menu › Subscriptions) to stop future charges.
Profile and fitness data: age, gender, height, weight, goals, body measurements, progress graphs, workouts, sets, food logs, meal plans, water and step goals.
Your saved AI provider API key and AI settings, and your AI coach chat history.
Community posts, photos, videos, comments, likes, bookmarks, reports and block lists.
Our records of your subscriptions and purchases.
5. What is kept, and for how long
Timing: most data is removed as soon as you confirm. Everything listed above is deleted within 30 days of your request. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days.
Store records: Google Play and Samsung keep their own order and payment records under their policies; we cannot delete those.
AI providers: content already sent to your AI provider is kept under that provider's policy. Contact the provider to delete it.
Crash reports and analytics: crash reports expire after up to 90 days; analytics events after at most 14 months. They are not linked to your name or email.
Support emails: kept up to 24 months, or deleted sooner if you ask.
Legal holds: we keep data longer only if the law requires it or to deal with an open dispute or abuse report, and delete it when that ends.
6. Delete some data without deleting your account
You can remove your AI API key in the app's AI settings, delete your community posts, and edit your profile. To ask us to delete other specific data, email support@fitbot.coach.
